As a deputy head of the Chest Pain Unit, you take responsibility in everyday care and organization, support your team in challenging situations and actively develop the care of our patients. Responsible leadership: You support the management in the day-to-day operating business, take responsibility for leadership in the case of representation and take responsibility for the successful management of the team. Required personnel management: The need-oriented personnel deployment planning is your responsibility as well as ensuring efficient personnel deployment. You bring a successfully completed training in health care and nursing, and the specialist training Chest Pain Unit or IMC have already completed or are willing to acquire it.
