• As Senior Manager IT Service / Managed Workplace / Cloud (m/w/d), you control IT service providers and cloud service providers according to technical, commercial and regulatory requirements.
• You take over the control and further development of managed services including troubleshooting and problem processing in the Workplace.
• They monitor compliance with SLAs and conduct operations management, service and ITSCM meetings as well as supplier assessment discussions.
• They analyze risks in third-party access management and information security and coordinate the handling of operational risks.
• They advise demand and deployment of IT solutions, clarify complex questions with manufacturers and accompany both audits and (revisions) audits.
• They optimize the services used and take over (partial) leadership in relevant projects.

This will bring you

• Successful study of economic informatics, informatics and Engineering or comparable training
• Multiannual professional practice in the control of external service providers, in the design of digital jobs and in the implementation of modern methods for agile work, complemented by project management experience in IT infrastructure projects focusing on digitization in the workplace or cloud services
• Funded expertise in ITIL and IT service management and in modern service delivery models with (cloud)service providers
• Experience in the certification of hardware as well as technical equipment for the workplace, in the operation of telecommunication or Multimedia solutions, in the technical and technical determination of requirements and in the preparation / implementation of IT concepts
• Know-how in the 3 Lines of Defence Model and related regulatory requirements as well as standards for banks IT (BAIT/MaRisk, ISO 27001, GDPR, BCBS239, EBA ICT Risk & Outsourcing Guidelines)
• Knowledge of Managed Services, Microsoft Operating Systems, MS Office, Collaboration Platforms (including Microsoft 365), Service Management Tools, IT Operations and Licensing Management
• Very good German in word and writing
