Steinmeyer Mechatronik GmbH in Dresden, with around 100 employees, is the competence center for mechatronic systems in the Steinmeyer Group. We develop and manufacture high-precision positioning solutions and mechatronic components for medical technology, biotechnology, measurement technology and demanding laser applications. With more than 3,900 m2 of production space and more than 350 innovations from sublime assemblies per year, we set completely new technological standards with a team of application-driven.

To strengthen our production in Dresden we are looking for you in full time (40 hours/week) as experienced:

Your duties

• Manufacturing: They produce series and small series parts on CNC milling machines with up to 3-, 4- and 5-axis with Siemens 840,ShopMill/ ShopTurn PAL and Sinumerik controllers.
• Roughs: They are responsible for making machine tools, assembly, measuring and fine adjustment of the tools required.
• Correction/Programming: Minor corrections and changes to the DIN programs will be made in cooperation with the "Programming/Working Preparation" department.
• Examination: You carry out the self-examination of the worker, make adjustments to the tool and measure corrections.

Your profile

• Completion: You have successfully completed your training as a machining mechanic (m/w/d), industrial mechanic (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification.
• Experience: Multiannual professional experience is desirable, but also motivated professional beginners are welcome. They also have knowledge of 3-, 4- and 5-axis CNC milling machines.
• Operation: You have experience in handling test and measurement equipment, work carefully and quality-consciously and bring the willingness to shift work (in the 3-shift model).
• Personality: Quality awareness, accuracy and sense of responsibility are your strengths as well as reliability and commitment in everyday work.
