Senior Project Manager IT

You lead our S/4HANA migration project and bear the overall responsibility for success. You manage and coordinate international and cross-functional IT projects, including complex ERP migration projects, until successful completion. You build project teams, manage and manage both IT and functional teams (IT and Business) to implement work packages and delivery items in terms of schedule, budget, resources and quality. You coordinate IT work packages and delivery items within major projects and ensure compliance with specific system architecture, user and access management, system configuration, interfaces, training and change management, test management, migration, release and cutover. You regularly communicate with stakeholders at all levels of leadership about project progress and possible risks. You initiate and plan IT projects, coach project staff in their project work and organize and guide regular project meetings and tax circles. You develop integrated and detailed project plans as well as concepts for the overall project, individual delivery items, milestones, resources, communication and risk management. You ensure clear communication and promote efficient decision-making at all levels for consistent plan tracking and delivery control. You carry out risk analyses and implement appropriate risk mitigation measures. You work closely with external consultants and suppliers, together with the IT-purchasing, create alerts and monitor compliance with agreed deliveries. You create project reports and presentations for management and other stakeholders and ensure transparent reporting and compliance with relevant KPIs. You work with the project portfolio management and other project managers to effectively control dependencies. You actively promote change management and international and cross-functional cooperation.

You have a degree in business management, economic engineering, business informatics, computer science or a related area. You have many years of experience in managing complex, international IT projects, ideally in the field of system migration, ERP systems and S/4HANA, including the active control of implementation partners. You bring well-founded experience in cooperation with international and cross-functional teams, in particular in projects in the regulated environment (e.g. according to ISO 13485). You are versed in the moderation of interdisciplinary stakeholders from IT, departments, shared services and external partners. You have a project management certification, such as PMP, Prince2 or Scrum. You are characterized by a strong analytical ability and a pronounced problem-solving competence. You have a high level of enforcing and conflict resolution capability. You perform cross-functional teams in a sovereign manner and have strong lateral leadership competence. You convince with pronounced management and moderation capabilities, especially in dealing with heterogeneous stakeholders. You have excellent communication and presentation skills. You have experience in change management and can actively accompany change processes. You are able to put priorities under pressure and work efficiently. You bring well-founded experience in dealing with SAP ECC and S/4HANA. You communicate safely in German and English. You are flexible and bring a high readiness to travel.
