AI Use Case Manager (m/f/d)

You collect, structure and evaluate KI-Use-Cases in the business areas. You prioritize use cases along effort, benefits and strategic relevance. You lead a central, current use-case register and thus provide transparency about status, dependencies and development potential. You take over the project management for central AI pilot projects. You ensure the quality of implemented AI applications, for example through checklists, four-eye principles and defined test cases. You coordinate cooperation between business units, IT and technology and consulting partners. You organize hackathons and workshops to identify, develop and activate new AI applications. You support decentralized AI managers in the business units. You represent the Head of Department in the absence of AI-related topics.

You have completed your studies in the field of Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering or in a comparable course of study. You bring experience in project management – both in agile and classic approaches. You have a good understanding of the engineering and project business. You have basic knowledge of AI methods, for example in the fields of classification, RAG, extraction and prompt engineering. You know basic approaches to AI quality assurance, such as evaluation methods, test cases and typical error images of LLM applications. You work structured, process-oriented and keep an overview even in complex relationships. You communicate clearly, coordinate safely between different stakeholders and bring topics forward reliably.
