Team Leader Electrical Engineering Food Industry (m/f/d)

Our client is a leading company in the food industry. For the Greater Bremen we are looking for a Teamleiter Elektrotechnik (m/w/d) at the next possible time.

You are responsible for the field of electrical engineering and thus for ensuring and continuously optimizing the plant availability. You will develop maintenance and maintenance consistently in the direction of preventive and predictive maintenance. You take over the disciplinary leadership of the team of electrical engineering and create clear structures, promote self-responsibility and develop your employees in a targeted manner. You initiate and control technical optimization and automation projects and are responsible for the planning and commissioning of new modules. You ensure predictive order, maintenance, resource and spare parts planning and coordinate external service providers, foreign companies and suppliers You work closely with production and other technical structures and ensure compliance with relevant requirements.

You have completed training in the field of electrical engineering, e.g. as an electronics technician for operating technology or automation technology, with a further training as a master or a comparable qualification. You have several years of professional experience in an industrial production environment and have well-founded knowledge in electrical engineering, in particular in drive, control and control technology. You have ideally already taken on professional leadership, coordination or project responsibility and want to take the next step into a more comprehensive leadership responsibility. Existing disciplinary leadership experience is welcome, but no requirement. You are characterized by a structured and predictive way of working, good analytical and technical understanding and the ability to make clear and resilient decisions even under time and production pressure. As a guide person, you are convinced by clear and binding communication, enforceability and a safe occurrence. You understand how to promote and demand employees, transfer responsibility and take the team on the way to more self-responsibility.
