Active Sourcing: You are looking proactively for ANÜ customer projects for engineering experts in our database, job portals or social networks Building relationships: You find the right experts for our customer projects and build a strong relationship with them and engage them during the recruitment process by email, phone or video call Customer Manager: You introduce the candidates to our customer and are responsible for the candidate process including contract creation. In addition, you are a contact person and coordinator during the current project. Data management: You create expert profiles, document all important project information and negotiation results in our database and keep an overview

Education and experience: You have a completed training and have at least 2-3 years of recruiting experience in the staff service. Communication strength: You have empathy and can communicate with customers and candidates in a confident and friendly manner – whether by phone, email or video Structured work: Reliable and structured work is of course for you Office knowledge: You are fit in handling MS Office Language skills: You master the German language in word and writing
