Further development of the operational health management of the branch, including risk assessments of mental stress and health-promoting measures Full monitoring and control of BEM cases, including discussion, individual planning of measures, documentation and tracking Conception and implementation of projects and measures for sustainable integration and workability, as well as support for implementation and effectiveness assessment Coordination and cooperation with internal and external partners, such as executives, works councils, auditors and service providers Planning, implementation and evaluation of health-promoting measures and projects, e.g. health days

Successfully completed studies focusing on health management, health sciences, prevention, sports sciences or comparable expertise, qualifications and experiences Comprehensive expertise and multiannual professional experience as well as further education in the company integration management In-depth knowledge of social security and health protection Knowledge of the relevant laws and regulations, such as the Work Protection Act and the Data Protection Regulation Class B driving licence to perform indoor and outdoor activities readiness to travel within the Southwest branch That would be desirable: Impressed communication strength, customer orientation and consulting competence Ideally additional qualification as a disability manager, occupational health manager or case manager Structured and careful operation High level of motivation for the long-term co-design of Autobahn GmbH with a strong team capability Your personal strengths include: Embossed social and communicative competence Engaged, reliable, responsible, independent operation Happy work in the team
