In order to continuously develop the IT landscape, the company has various teams (more than 100 employees in Germany) which take care of the availability and optimization. For the newly created team ''EDI'' we are looking for an experienced leader who develops the area of EDI & Integration professionally and strategically. In this newly created role, you take responsibility for an established team and actively shape the digital future of business processes. You take over the disciplinary and professional leadership of a central EDI team Together with your team, you will develop and coordinate structures and processes for a decentralized support team, focusing on efficiency, transparency and smooth collaboration across locations You recognize optimization potentials, set new standards and drive automation, digitization and standardization actively As a central interface, you work closely with internal departments, customers and external partners to ensure a seamless flow of data and information You promote innovation in the EDI environment and introduce impulses that shape the further development of digital business processes

Complete studies in the field of computer science, business informatics, BWL with IT reference or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the EDI/integration environment and leadership experience Knowledge of relevant standards (e.g. EDIFACT, XML) and experience with mapping tools and middleware solutions Ideally experience with EAI/BPM software (e.g. Virtimo Inubit) Designed leadership, communication and organizational skills Strategic thinking combined with hands-on mentality and passion German and English skills
