We are looking to strengthen our team Senior Consultant (m/w/d) You take responsibility – you run the Quality Assurance department at the Freiberg site and run the team professionally and disciplinefully. In doing so, you are responsible for the quality of the products produced and filled at the site, quality management, food safety incl. HACCP and hygiene management. The testing and compliance of the technological and technical objectives is also your responsibility. You look closely – you create the test, sampling and control plans for all products, raw materials, auxiliaries and operating materials within the Radeberger Group's specifications and ensure microbiological and chemical analyses according to the specified methods. You perform a variety of tasks - You evaluate measurement and analysis results and ensure traceability of the products from raw material to filling in the laboratory data system. You develop quality assurance concepts, perform them and ensure the quality standards of the group at the location. In addition, you work with the planning of investment projects and take over budget planning, personnel planning and personnel development planning. You are competent contact persons – you advise and support other departments in questions of product and process quality and report in your function to the factory manager and the Head of Quality Group. You improve the processes – You continuously develop the processes and processes in terms of quality and efficiency and implement the improvements in quality assurance as well as quality-improving measures in production and bottling.

Your education – You have a successfully completed degree as a Diplom Engineer/Master of Engineering in the field of beverage technology, brewing or food technology, food chemistry or comparable training. Your experience – Insufficient professional experience (min. 5 years) in the field of quality assurance, operational control and laboratory. Their personality – You are characterized by a pronounced leadership, enforcement, and communication strength and bring a high quality awareness. You bring the willingness to support project-related work and to take over special tasks (e.g. in the field of microbiology, commissioning). Your know-how – you bring well-founded IT skills in the field of SAP, MS Office and in laboratory data systems (e.g. LabBase). Your commitment – you pursue goals consistently and with heart blood.
