You have experience in retail and leadership You have a motivating, entrepreneurial way of thinking You have a completed master examination in the optic You are strong in communication and have a safe feel for customers: internal needs You are safe in handling business performance indicators and control instruments You have organisational skills, a hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for team leadership
