Monitoring and evaluation of new German and European EHS regulations Implementation of audits, job visits and risk assessments Advising executives and teams on environmental, work and health issues Building and further development of an EHS management system for the location Implementation of legal requirements in operational processes and standards Accompanying technical changes, new plants and production processes from EHS-Sicht Cooperation with authorities, external partners and internal departments Identification of operational risks and development of prevention measures Support for compliance, sustainability or ESG initiatives

Complete studies, e.g. safety engineering, environmental management, industrial hygiene, chemical engineering or comparable At least five years of experience in the field of Environmental Health & Safety in industrial environment Knowledge of ISO standards ISO 14001/ISO 45001 (e.g. implementation) Knowledge of German Environmental and Industrial Law (BImSchG, ArbSchG, BetrSichV, GefStoffV) Experience as an instructor:r according to legal requirements such as specialist for occupational safety or environmental protection:r Practical experience with audits, approval procedures or administrative communication Knowledge of industrial production processes and risk management methods (e.g. FMEA) Knowledge of clean room technology or hazardous material management desirable Flowing German and very good English skills
