You assume the overall responsibility for the accounting of all Group companies including the Foundation and ensure a proper and efficient financial organization. The responsibility for creating and consolidating the monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB is your task, as well as ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and internal requirements. You develop structures, processes and systems in accounting and controlling strategically and drive ahead, in particular, standardization and digitization. Your tasks include group-wide financial planning, reporting, and liquidity management, ensuring a resilient basis for decision-making for the Executive Board, management and bodies. You control the teams in accounting and central controlling and coordinate cooperation with internal and external partners.

With your completed studies in the field of business, economics, finance or comparable qualifications, you have a well-founded technical basis for this responsible position. Based on your multi-year professional experience in an auditing company, in the accounting of a group or a social insurance institution, and ideally the first management experience, you can safely manage and develop teams. Their well-founded knowledge of HGB's accounting and expertise in the development of modern reporting and control systems make a significant contribution to the Group's financial transparency and stability.
