Nurse (m/w/d) - Team Leader Day Clinic, Outpatient Clinic and Case Management Dermatology

We are looking for you for our clinic for dermatology, dermatosurgery, dermatooncology and allergology. With fully-stationary care, an ambulance, the daily clinic and our case management, our clinic is one of the largest skin clinics in northwest Germany. We offer the complete spectrum of dermatology, allergology and phlebology. In the oncocert-certified skin cancer center, we treat patients with dermatooncological diseases at the highest level. Your tasks:

• as team manager /in (m/w/d) you conduct the areas of private ambulance, case management and daily clinic and conduct the non-medical staff
• you organize and structure the outpatient processes in our clinic effectively or in the sense of quality management and quality assurance
• last but not least you are responsible for the complete collection of the services provided and thus contributes significantly to the cost-effectiveness of our clinic

Your profile:

• you are a health and nursing person Nurse / Nurse, Senior Caregiver / in or Career (m/w/d), with additional qualification as a specialist for management tasks or relevant studies
• Alternatively, you are medical / specialist /r or MFA /in (m/w/d) with completed additional qualification in practical management
• You have professional experience and draw through organizational talent and very good communication skills
