Commercial employee (m/f/d)

In this position, you can support our building management in the day-to-day business and ensure that our construction sites are properly managed organizationally and commercially. Your tasks include: Support of construction management in the preparation, organization and refurbishment of construction projects General office and administrative tasks in the interior Communication with customers, suppliers, subcontractors and internal contact persons Creation, testing and maintenance of project-related documents Support for material ordering and coordination with construction sites and suppliers Management of deficiencies and coordination and subsequent documentation

Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification Secure handling of MS Office, especially Outlook, Word and Excel Structured, reliable and independent operation Organizational and joy in coordinating tasks Communication strength and a friendly, binding occurrence Teamability and readiness to actively relieve our construction management Basic technical understanding or interest in construction processes is advantageous, but no prerequisite
