Our client is a leading, growth-oriented specialist wholesaler from the SHK environment, building materials and tiles with several exhibition sites as well as own logistics. The company has been one of the most renowned suppliers in its region for decades, is economically very solid and consistently invests in assortment, customer orientation and modern structures.

The position is created in the course of a strategic development – with clear responsibility for earnings and direct line of reports to the management. As a responsible manager, you will take over the entire management of the operating processes from procurement, logistics to sales and strategic development for the Fliese business unit.

Leadership and further development of a small team (internal and external services, logistics, exhibition and sales) Purchasing & Disposition of the tile range including inventory control, supplier management and contract negotiation Ensure efficient storage processes and responsibility for goods receipt, storage and delivery Analysis of market and competition developments and derivation of design measures of the assortment and distribution channels Process optimization along the entire value chain and close cooperation with the management to further develop the business field

Completed commercial training with corresponding further training or studies, ideally with commercial reference At least first leadership experience in connection with professional practical expertise in tile, building materials, SHK or DIY environment Embossed organizational capacity, structured operation and customer-oriented occurrence Hands-on-Mentiality with joy in design playroom and responsibility
