The Catholic Church in Stuttgart creates a place for faith and community for people from all over the world with 12 churches and 17 parishes for Catholics of other mother tongues. The administrative center of the Catholic City Deanate of Stuttgart is a church town hall in the small and responsible for all administrative processes of these (total) church municipalities and institutions. For our building management / properties of the Catholic City Dean's Office we are looking for 01. May 2026

in full time (total employment 100 %)

You go through the properties with open eyes and carry out common mastery activities as well as cleaning and minor repair work You commission external companies with small repairs and accompany them during maintenance and repair work You monitor technical facilities such as heating systems, ventilation systems, RWA systems etc. You provide order and cleanliness in the properties You establish damage and deficiencies inside and outside the buildings You take over the holiday or disease representation of other master colleagues

You have completed professional or technical training with ideally already first professional experience in the care of properties and their building equipment You have a strength in dealing with people and have good communication skills Your work is independent and yet team-ready, well organized, carefully, reliable, targeted and flexible You have good IT skills (MS-Office products) You are interested in the tasks of the Catholic Church and identify with Christian values You have the class B licence
