Creation and further development of monthly HR key figures and reporting Support in the creation of personnel, personnel costs and budget planning Determining and commenting of target/actual deviations Administrative support and maintenance of the SAP organization management Support of HR projects through demand-based ad hoc analyses International cooperation with other locations around the world, in particular in English

Successfully completed commercial vocational training or economic studies First practical experience in the field of personal controlling Experiences with SAP HCM are beneficial Founded MS Office knowledge Embossed English-knowledge in word and font, other languages are advantageous Embossed number affinity, a quick understanding and fun to use IT systems
