Complete, independent processing and coordination of ILS tasks using modern methods and tools: Professional coordination of employees/different specialist teams including mentoring and knowledge transfer Support for strategic personnel needs development Further development of the team (core competencies) professional, process- and tool-related Support of the disciplinary officer in personnel planning, promotion and qualification of the assigned employees Coordination of relevant ILS services in complex projects Management of all projects in responsibility Strategic expansion of ILS services and acquisitions/inclusion of new services Ensuring and further developing ILS work processes and ILS tools, including the company-wide standardization of ILS products Technical/technical sales support Offer phase incl. technical calculations ILS performance cost estimate for all divisions Quality assurance of internal and external ILS performance

Complete university studies in the field of aerospace, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or comparable Long-term, versatile and relevant professional experience Deep knowledge of military/federal defence-specific processes as part of documentation creation Experience with national and international standards and standards of documentation Centences of domestic and foreign material bases and construction documents Basic knowledge of technical regulations, technical regulations aviation equipment, illustration creation, 3D visualization Extensive knowledge of the documentation guidelines, in particular DIN EN IEC/IEEE 82079-1 and ASD S1000D, with an understanding of the relationships and the practical impact of individual topics Secure handling of MS Office (e.g. MS Project) Extensive censuses of logistical processes in Wehrtechnik, focus on materials management / documentation creation Application-proof knowledge of the documentation process on both industrial and military sides Very good analytical and design capability to optimize existing processes Excellent quality awareness Ability to design and professionally manage employees Joy in team collaboration Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
