In this key position, you are responsible for operating service areas in technical cleaning and maintenance and maintenance at our industrial customers. You are the central contact for customers, employees and internal interfaces and ensure a smooth, economical and high-quality service. Your duties Technical and organizational management of the service areas Technical cleaning and maintenance / maintenance Planning, control and monitoring of service operations in industrial customers Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and environmental standards Leadership, operational planning and further development of industrial employees Responsibility for commercial topics such as quote calculations, budget control, performance accounting and post-calculation Close cooperation with sales, disposition and administration Construction and maintenance of long-term customer relationships and processing of customer requests and complaints

Complete technical, craft or commercial training, ideally with further training as master, technician or comparable qualification Experience in the management of service or project teams in the industrial environment Basic electrical understanding and technical understanding of systems, machines and processes Structured, organised operation and safe handling of administrative and commercial tasks Safe handling of MS Office and ideally with ERP or service management systems Communication strength, enforcing ability and professional appearance to customers and employees
