You take over the regional management of the Heidekreis regional network with the offers of the outpatiently cared for housing, the special housing form, day-to-day facility, home-internal daily structure and practice for ergotherapy for people with disabilities in a sequence of mental illness at the sites of Soltau and Walsrode. On the basis of the guidance of the workers' welfare and their understanding of values, a team of about 70 colleagues will lead you to about 450 supervised clients. This includes: technical, economic and organizational management Ensuring the further development of the site and the integration of employees in this process Development of existing concepts and services and development of new services Implementation and further development of quality management Cooperation with regional bodies, cost-benefits and other institutions in the sense of social space orientation Representation of the regional network as part of public relations
