As a group manager machine and line assembly in the product range MUF / Vial / Ralut / WMR (m/w/d), you are part of Optima Pharma.

As a group manager, you coordinate the cooperation between the management and production, the departments human resources, project management, construction, material management, assembly and external service providers. They actively shape the continuous improvement process in the field of mechanics, develop new technical approaches, establish standardized processes and implement sustainable product improvements. Your responsibility lies in the capacity and budget planning, the definition of key key figures and ensuring the successful implementation of the defined goals. They lead and develop your team, take responsibility for security management, including 5S (sorting, systematizing, cleansing, standardizing, self-discipline), responsible electric skills and risk assessments, and thus ensure a safe working environment. With complex challenges, you can quickly find solutions and develop long-term strategies for process improvement and target realization together with the product teams.

They have a well-founded training in the field of mechanics as well as a relevant further education (master, technician, specialist, businessman) or a corresponding study, coupled with more than 5 years of practical experience. Their technical and analytical capabilities allow you to identify, analyze and develop complex problems that make the company significantly progress. Your leadership skills create a productive working environment, promote the potential of your employees and take responsibility for the further development of the team and its performance. With your strong communication strength, you act securely and effectively at all levels, using your very good English knowledge both verbally and in writing.
