Assistant chef wanted for brewery inn in Weimar (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team we are looking for a reliable Beikoch or (m/w/d)** for permanent full or part-time employment at the earliest possible start.

The restaurant brewery “Felsenkeller” is a house with a long tradition. In the “Felsenkeller” our guests can enjoy the traditional Thuringian cuisine on 140 seats (Wintergarten 70 seats and brewhouse 70 seats) and a home brewed beer right next to the brewing boilers or with a view over Weimar, in beautiful weather also outside in the shaded beer garden (60 seats).

You support our kitchen team in the following tasks:

• Cooperation in the preparation and preparation of food (mainly Thuringian and German cuisine) in the a-la-Carte business and at events (buffets or menus)
• usual pre- and post-processing work in the kitchen area
• Cleaning tasks

We are looking for applicants (m/w/d), who are ideally already experienced in gastronomy. A pleasant appearance and friendliness in dealing with our guests and colleagues are of course for you.

• Opening hours: Mi-Fr: 17-22 a.m., Sat: 11-23 a.m., So and holidays: 11-16 a.m.
