Specialist for sex education (m/f/d)

The LebensWerkstatt for people with disabilities is the leading social enterprise for people with mental disabilities in adulthood in the Heilbronnn-Franken region. We work with around 750 employees at nine locations from Heilbronn to Crailsheim in the fields of work, promotion, education and living. Circa 1,500 people with mental disabilities are supported by us in the self-designed participation in social life.

For the connection of our facilities with workstation in Heilbronn, we are looking for a

unlimited in fulltime or part-time (min. 50 %).

Your duties

• Development and practical implementation of a needs-oriented, inclusive and prevention-oriented educational concept in cooperation with the areas of stationary and outpatient housing, workshops and support groups
• Ensuring the anchoring of educational themes in existing educational structures
• Analysis of the needs of clients, employees and the overall organisation
• Development of standards, guidelines and procedures
• Conception and implementation of educational groups and individual offers
• Advice and assistance of employees
• Planning and implementation of internal training and training
• Participation in building and developing protection and prevention concepts
• Close cooperation with management, specialist services and educational teams
• Participation in case meetings
• Establishment and maintenance of an external specialist network (research centres, doctors)
• Technical documentation and evaluation of the new offer

Your profile

• Completed study of pedagogy, science, social education, special education or medical education (m/w/d) or Senior Consultant (m/w/d)
• Additional qualification or relevant experience in the field of education or the willingness to acquire it
• Experience in integration or work with people with disabilities
• Knowledge of legal framework conditions (SGB IX, BTHG, protection order)
• Ability to conceptual work
• Self-employed, structured and responsible work
• Reflected, esteemed attitude towards diversity
• Secure appearance, consulting and moderation competence
• Ability to personal delimitation and team work

• Positive attitude to the Christian-diaconical order
