As a primary digitization partner of the Bundeswehr, we provide stable, safe and efficient IT services in Germany and abroad, from basic operations to the field close to the application and thus contribute to the continuous increase in the leadership and operational capacity of the Bundeswehr. With over 7,700 colleagues, we operate and modernise one of the largest and most complex IT infrastructures in Germany. Senior Service Manager (m/w/d) now and in full time in Bonn As part of the CS ERP, CU ERP Customer Application Management (CAM) provides services in application support for SAP and legacy systems. The Team Application Management Service (AMS), which belongs to CAM, is responsible for continuous improvement of support services. A senior service manager is required to manage a professional operation.

Performance and KPI reporting

Conducting target/actual comparisons

Plans and taxes of the provision of services in coordination with CAM

Supporting customer planning (performance, budget, capacity)

Ensure defined processes, in particular incident, problem and change management)

Ensure the application support according to the defined SLA

Support in the continuous optimization of ITSM processes

Completed subject-related university studies or comparable knowledge i.V.m. at least 2 years of professional experience in the fields of application management and IT service management in the fields of SAP and/or legacy systems

Expertise in application support for business applications in the fields of SAP and/or legacy systems

Advanced expertise in IT-SM and Customer Center of Expertise (CCoE)

In-depth knowledge in process and commercial topics, especially controlling

Personal skills in communication/conflict management
