In your role as project coordinator (m/w/d) admission to maritime transport/delivery management, you are the driving force behind the assembly and provision of the complete document situation that are necessary for obtaining and maintaining the admission to maritime transport as well as for the final acceptance of ships by our customers. In addition, your operational support allows you to ensure a smooth daily life on board during and after sea trips and ensure a reliable organizational retention for the ship management and test management. In particular, the following tasks are your responsibility: In this role, you take over the independent control and follow-up of all conditions for the admission of new ships to maritime transport. This includes, for example, the provision of ship crew certificates, ship measuring certificates and stability documents You will clarify open questions concerning admission requirements, processing levels and necessary proofs and certificates and ensure that all documents are available in full and on time In order to optimally support colleagues on board, you take over administrative and organizational tasks both from land and during the trial trips directly from lake. For example, you will take care of the communication with authorities and the organisation of transports. With your organizational institution, you prepare the delivery of complex delivery items - such as ships and training facilities - to the customer and perform them in accordance with the contractual framework conditions. Identify and analyze technical and regulatory challenges to ensure efficient and timely processing. You take over interface management and promote smooth communication and cooperation with internal and external partners - including clients, subcontractors, authorities, classification societies and project managers. In addition, you create project-related process instructions, admission and acceptance documentation as well as meaningful reporting. As a central contact person during test journeys, you can help different stakeholders and the driver team, provide information, coordinate feedback and inform about the current state of planning. Last but not least, you actively contribute to the further development of business-related, cross-project processes, standards and tools and thus contribute to ensuring effective knowledge transfer in the company.
