IT Service Manager - Service Management (m/w/d).

You: are the central contact for one or more partner companies in the Würth Group and addresses the partners in their concerns and challenges around the entire ONE IT portfolio. also keeps a cool head in escalations and is responsible for monitoring and ensuring service quality. understand yourself as an interface to other specialist departments of the entire company and supports you in customer-specific projects. prepares self-employed mailings, prepares presentations, launches reports to monitor our Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and take care of the monitoring and analysis of our downtime. supports in the dispatch of our incidents as well as in the accounting of the central IT services and prepares IT component from the IT portfolio owns sales talent. Despite our partnership with our partners, we are part of the Würth IT Group and need to ensure that we achieve successful financial statements.

We work in international teams. already have at least 1-3 years of experience in IT service and account management and brings experience in project management. possesses knowledge of German and English.
