Testing, design, optimization and simplification of measurement service processes Development and implementation of the project Reading Control Management of the award of service companies Monitoring of portals, interfaces and order output, reporting Cleaning of reading errors for measuring service performance Counter reading detection and input Processing written and telephone customer requests and system-side determination of inconsistencies and settlement via internal commissioning of IT service providers master data

Completed vocational training and completed continuing training BA or equivalent skills and knowledge Driving licence class B required Multiannual knowledge of the rules and laws (e.g. BDEW, VDE and DVGW worksheets in particular G260 and G685, MSB, MaKo, WiM processes) Multiannual professional experience in an energy supply company with readiness to learn and change and good time and self-management Collaborative and conflicting skills, team skills and customer orientation
