They support the team leadership in project tasks, whose design and implementation in the team will run and be responsible for you independently. They process the implementation of quality management (QM) as well as risk management (RM) in the team contracts and agree closely with the team management, the quality management officer, the risk manager and other specialist departments. They independently create documents, records and processes according to the requirements of QM and RM. They coordinate marketing measures within the team contracts and actively support colleagues in expanding customer retention. They identify proactive optimization potentials with regard to field-related processes and processes and support the promotion of interdisciplinary and cross-disciplinary cooperation. They assist the team management in identifying further and further training needs in the team contracts in interaction with personnel development. They evaluate internal processes and contribute to an efficient team structure.

You will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with at least one of the following priorities: Quality Management, Business Management, Risk Management. They have (first) professional experience (e.g. through internships or as a student of work) in the above-mentioned areas of work. They are interested in the German health system, in particular the pharmaceutical market, and are interested in deepening professionally in this area. They are able to work independently as well as in the team – your work is characterised by customer orientation and quality awareness. They convince us by an independent and creative way of working, very good MS Office skills and very good oral and written expressability.
