Leading end-to-end strategic transformation initiatives – from problem definition to implementation, with clear responsibility for measurable business impact Definition and structuring of complex, ambiguous problems at enterprise level and their translation into implementable strategies, target images and implementation roadmaps Consultancy and constructive queries of senior and executive management in key strategic issues relating to digital transformation, IT operating model and business growth Management of decision-making processes in complex stakeholder environments, including orientation of cross-functional teams from business and IT in an international context Designing and managing project teams and workstreams, ensuring high-quality, speed and analytical depth implementation at the level of leading strategy consulting Active development of the in-house consulting sector by introducing methods, perspectives and best practices from leading strategy consulting

Complete study of business management, organizational development, psychology, computer science or a comparable discipline Multiannual experience in a strategy consulting or in comparable in-house consulting or consulting Transformation roles, with detectable track record in achieving measurable results Proven capacity for independent management of (partial) projects or workstreams, including end-to-end responsibility for results and stakeholder alignment Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills, in particular in structuring complex and ambiguous problems and in deriving feasible solutions Strong experience in dealing with senior stakeholders, including the ability to advise, challenge and influence decision-makers at the leadership level Experience in at least one relevant topic, e.g. digital transformation, IT strategy / operating models or (industrial) insurance Affinity for agile procedures Diplomatic skill, team skills and empathy combined with strength and conflict Very good knowledge of German and English (C1 level) in word and writing No one is perfect and not all career paths are straight.
