As a digital process unit of the Allianz Versicherungs-AG, we support our operational damage units in the best possible way to accompany our customers and partners in the event of damage. We design fast and simple processes, design digital customer lines and develop our communication channels agile and data-based. In this internship, you support the visual preparation and presentation of data-driven projects that optimise Allianz's damage reporting processes. You will work closely on projects such as expectation management, weather warning service and the development of a one-view solution for customers and representatives. Your task is to prepare the results of these projects in such a way as to convince the leaders and decision-makers and to set the course for future developments.

This is what awaits you as an intern:

Visualization of project results: Create attractive presentations that illustrate complex data and process optimization in a comprehensible and convincing way. Support for strategic decisions: Prepare project data for board rounds and strategy presentations. Evaluation and analysis of projects: Evaluate projects based on key performance indicators and support the creation and analysis of quarterly evaluations. Team collaboration: Work with various alliance teams across departments to visually support processes. Pre- and follow-up of workshops and events Optimization of damage processes: Use your work to optimize and further develop our processes in the field of channel strategy and damage control. Use and testing of AI applications: Test new AI solutions and support in identifying and implementing innovative applications. Care and development of websites: Support the maintenance and updating of harm-related websites and contribute to targeted information provision.

You bring it with you as an intern:

You studied at least two semesters You have ideally collected first practice experiences The safe handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, is of course for you You speak fluent German and English You show great interest in optimizing processes and visual communication of project results You draw your attention through your own initiative, a result-oriented way of working and excellent team skills Openness for creative and innovative solutions as well as joy in dealing with pioneering technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal ChatGPT.
