As a real estate, asset, property and facility manager, GATOR Beteiligungsverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH is responsible for the management and performance processes for the Mayfair Family Office property portfolio and thus covers the entire value chain in the real estate stock management. The long-term property portfolio includes the usage classes office, housing, retail and logistics. It consists mostly of large-volume Hamburg core properties as well as some smaller objects. All objects are in very good locations with regard to their usage class. At the next time we are looking for a Technical Property Manager or an employee Technical Property Management (w⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d) as Technical Property Manager / Technical Project Manager (w⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d) in full time As a Technical Project Manager (w⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d), you take a central role in the technical-strategic development of our real estate portfolio as well as the responsibility of own construction projects in our supervised properties. With a mix of strategic and numeric competence, negotiation skills and service orientation, you can control construction measures to develop the real estate portfolio efficiently and in the future.

Responsibility for technical projects of commercial and residential properties Planning and structuring of construction projects: installation of project plans, setting milestones for a defined object portfolio Procurement of planning and construction projects Budget and Time Management: Ensuring project success through independent control of costs, qualities and quantities Identification of risks and development of risk mitigation strategies Call for tenders, awards and control of refurbishment measures and rent-in buildings Development and implementation of technical optimization concepts for individual projects Creation and monitoring of budgets incl. Cost control with internal controlling Control and control of external service providers within the respective objects

Technical training, e.g. to the building technician or operating technician (w⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d), or a study in the field of building technology / TGA / operating technology Multiannual experience in technical property management Project management competence as well as high technical and social competence Structured, independent and responsible operation Professional appearance, high loadability and pronounced team orientation sovereign handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) Experience with iX house plus is desirable Developing motivation, technical processes and object management actively
