Complete university studies in the fields of economics or social sciences with a focus on staff/organization or a comparable qualification Ideally multi-year professional and leadership experience in a comparable position or willingness and affinity to develop Very good knowledge of the right to pay tax and social security or of adjacent jurisdictions and affinity Extensive knowledge in the development and implementation of contemporary personnel topics A high level of enforcement and cooperation A solution-oriented way of working and strong team skills Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
