General responsibility for the employment security staff and professional and organisational management of the area Perform all tasks according to ASiG § 6 and DGUV Rule 2 Development, implementation and continuous development of a uniform occupational health and safety concept for the entire clinic group Ensuring organisational fire protection and close cooperation with disaster and fire protection Guided tour and care of the biomaterial directory Management and maintenance of hazardous material cataster Advising the management, executives and departments in all matters of occupational and health protection close cooperation with relevant internal actors such as occupational medicine, works council, quality management, hospital hygiene, BCM, FM, technology, disaster protection Care of contacts with authorities, supervisory authorities and statutory accident insurance Creation of reports, evaluations and decision templates for management Ensuring professional, structured and law-compliant documentation of all processes in occupational and health protection

Master / Engineer (m/w/d) in a technical or scientific course additional qualification as a specialist in occupational safety detectable experience in the management of a biomaterial directory detectable experience in the management of a hazardous substance cataster Training to the fire protection officer or willingness to complete this timely pronounced negotiation skills, enforcement and conflictability as well as a marked service orientation high level of responsibility, liability and communication strength secure written expressability and professional appearance high method and social competence targeted, structured and independent working methods Leadership and the ability to guide employees professionally and organizationally
