Reference number 25100 As an expert (m/w/d) in the field of digital health management and digital applications in the Public Health Service (ÖGD), you want to contribute to the modernisation of the ÖGD? The contribution to an Evidence-based OGD, the introduction of efficient management structures and the digital data transmission for the prevention of pandemic and health protection are our key pillars. The subject area is currently planning the introduction of new IT applications to the Bavarian health authorities and will actively contribute to the area by means of technical and IT support.

Participation in the planning, design and implementation of complex IT architectures, taking into account safety and performance requirements, as well as external and internal connected network structures (over-organisational) Analysis and optimization of existing IT architectures with regard to availability, scalability and security including the testing of various networks and IT policies Participation in the design, development and integration of cloud solutions and hybrid network infrastructures, such as Kubernetes architectures (e.g. cluster architecture, containers, workloads, services, load balancing and networking, storage, configurations, etc.) Participation in the maintenance and further development of the network infrastructure of the ÖGD applications, for example in the case of further development and interfaces, network segments, proxy, WLAN, VPN, RAS management and firewalls Support for the development of interfaces of various systems with the aim of interoperability and intercommunication, e.g. interconnection of different ticket systems, etc. Introduction of new technologies and network standards in coordination with internal fields, external service providers, health offices, other authorities in Bavaria and other federal states within the framework of the ÖGD Participation in operation, e.g. in administration and/or in configurations of the internal tools for the first-level support of ÖGD applications Coordination of internal and external service providers for testing and controlling monitoring, recording and support, if necessary, in the error analysis of network operation (monitoring, troubleshooting) Creation of system documentation and concepts and testing of externally supplied IT system documentation Ensuring compliance with data protection and IT security requirements Management of projects from a technical point of view, independent planning and follow-up of project plans, as well as the assurance of their compliance

Professional requirements They have a successfully completed study of computer science, business informatics, administrative informatics or a comparable subject (Bachelor / Diploma [FH]) or on a comparable training They already have several years of experience in IT and network architecture Comprehensive German knowledge (at least language level B2 to GER) Advantages Funded knowledge in the field of networks and pleasure in developing innovative solutions; ideally meet the following requirements knowledge in the planning and implementation of network architectures Experience with network protocols (e.g. TCP/IP), switching and routing technologies Experience with Kubernetes Practical experience in dealing with firewalls, VPN technologies and the administrative network Knowledge of network management and monitoring tools (e.g. NeuVector)

Understanding IT security standards, in particular with regard to structural analysis and networks Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA or similar, of advantage Impressed communication and team skills as well as a solution-oriented operation Strong analytical skills and the ability to see and communicate complex relationships Knowledge of agile methods and frameworks, e.g. agile project management Experience with different IT architectures, infrastructures and networks
