You take the professional acquisition as well as the successful sale and rental of real estate in Kassel and surroundings On the basis of current data, you set up objective market value determinations and sound assessments for owners You prepare objects of high quality and media adequate for all relevant channels and optimize targeted marketing You carry out visits, conduct negotiations with a sense of fingertips and are the reliable interface to Notar: both inside and out

You have at least three years of professional experience in sales, as an insurance businessman/wife, as a real estate businessman/wife or a comparable industry You ideally have a successfully completed training in the real estate sector (e.g. real estate businessman/wife, IHK certification) or comparable practical experience You could already earn well-founded professional experience on the regional real estate market in Nordhessen You are characterized by pronounced negotiation skills, a high degree of transparency and real human sensitivity You have an independent, structured way of working, a professional appearance and joy in close personal contact with customers: You speak and write German at a negotiated level (C1)
