Subcontractors coordinate and organize construction processes efficiently. Supporting tenders and awards professionally. Check, remove and document construction services. Develop solutions pragmatically with technical challenges. Close cooperation with architects and specialist planners.

Studies in civil engineering, architecture or comparable qualification. Alternatively, a training as a construction technician or comparable experience. Professional experience in construction, ideally in housing construction. Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation.
