Head of Central Costing (m/f/d)

The IRS Group is the Europe-wide leading group for body and lacquer repairs, smart repair and hail damage repair. We are looking for a lead of central calculation (m/w/d), which is building a new, future-oriented calculation area with us. In this key role, you not only shape the centralization of costing, but also develop innovative processes together with your team and use modern AI-based tools to set new standards in efficiency and quality.

Discipline and professional leadership, deployment and capacity planning of the predominantly remotely operating costing team Quality Assurance: Sampling/Vier Eye Testing of Calculations, Determination of Calculatory Standards and Repair Paths, Ensuring Test Resistance to Testing Service Providers (UPE, Transfer, Beilackierung, IFL Positions) Control of the SLAs and KPIs (running time, processing time, processes/FTE, error/return ratio, SLA retention) incl. Reporting to the management interface management to locations (operating management, service consultancy), damage controllers, insurers/test service providers and Central Invoicing; Escalation and clarification of disputed cuts/subsidiaries Responsibility for AI rollout in calculation: validation rules, training, continuous improvement of AI hit quality, definition of human final control before release Project planning and roll-out of the nationwide centralization of the calculation including control of the cross-site implementation and ensuring uniform processes

Complete master qualification in the field of bodywork/vehicle construction, vehicle lacquering or as a motor vehicle technician or Kfz mechatronics, a qualification as a motor vehicle expert or a comparable long-term experience in accident repair or damage calculation; Alternatively, a commercial-technical training with sound costing practice. Very safe control of Audatex, knowledge of the approval/testing processes and the relevant case law on reductions Management experience (also remote/hybrid), KPI/SLA control, pronounced communication and conflict resolution competence, service/customer orientation towards internal locations Affinity for AI/digitalization topics
