Implementation of technical object tours and inspections for the status of buildings, technical installations and facilities Own implementation of smaller repair work (e.g. adjustment of doors, replacement of washbasin fittings, smaller repairs in the sanitary and construction sector) Coordination of maintenance firms and subcontractors, including scheduling, on-site instruction and monitoring of the provision of services acceptance of the performance of external service providers with regard to the quality, scope and compliance of agreed standards Documentation of the work, inspections and identified defects and disclosure of relevant information to the object management Support in ensuring a smooth and economic building operation and compliance with legal regulations and internal guidelines
