We are looking for a lecturer in Human Resources Management Systems & Digitization (m/w/d)

Your mission: As a central contact person for our personal management system, you are responsible from the introduction to the ongoing administration to the further development. You make significant workflows, check their effectiveness and ensure that everything runs smoothly throughout HR as well as in exchange with external partners – including employees, executives, HR colleagues and external service providers.

Your duties and responsibilities: You accompany the introduction of our new personal management system (PMS) system-administratively and are responsible for the placement, management and continuous adaptation of workflows, forms and system settings An important part of your role is the interface management between the PMS, the HR systems (deductive accounting with Fidelis, applicant management with d.vinci, working time management with Atoss) and external service providers: You provide reliable data exchange for the interfaces and are in direct contact with our external partners to clarify requirements and to develop solutions together. In addition, you set up reports and analyses for HR and the clinic management, perform user training and create and update the training material for the personnel department team and the departments. The continuous mapping of HR processes into our system landscape as well as the testing of the effectiveness of the workflows complete your task area.

Take this with you: You have a completed university degree or a completed commercial or personal education as well as several years of generalist professional experience in the HR field. Your IT affinity is pronounced, ideally bring you experience in the administration of HR systems, workflow management and digital processes. It makes you enjoy configuring, testing and optimizing workflows, you work analytically and structured – and show a design-based hands-on mentality. Communication strength, team spirit and the willingness to cooperate with internal stakeholders as well as external service providers are a feature.
