Your tasks

• Take responsibility: guide complex life cycle projects in operation and ensure smooth operation
• Be the contact person: You are the central contact person for the customer and responsible for the holistic building management
• Build long-term relationships: Ensure long-term, successful cooperation with our customers based on the PPP contract
• Plan and manage: Create and manage test and maintenance plans to efficiently and sustainably shape operation
• Care for maintenance and renewal: implement a long-term repair and renewal planning and monitor its execution
• Calculations and offers: Create calculations and offers for additional services
• Bring experience: Use your project experience in designing and calculating the acquisition of life cycle projects
• Guide the team: Override staff management, deployment planning and leadership of the team on site

Your profile

• Technical qualification: completed studies (high school/high school) in the fields of supply technology, electrical engineering, technical building management or facility management
• Alternative: Complete training as master/in electrical engineering, technician/in or specialist facility management *Responsible expertise: You have knowledge of relevant laws, standards and regulations in real estate operations
• Strong MS Office knowledge: You have good knowledge of MS Office products and safe handling of applications
• Technical know-how: basic knowledge in CAFM systems and their application
• Result orientation: A high level of quality, time and cost awareness
