Design the digital future of building – nationwide! For our growing team, we are looking for a BIM Manager (m/w/d) that advances our projects with expertise and passion. Whether Munich, Berlin or Hamburg – you decide which of our locations in Germany you want to work. Your tasks in BIM management Operational BIM Management / BIM Project Management Analysis and monitoring of BIM processes, development of standards BIM quality assurance, as well as verification of compliance with BIM targets and BIM applications Sustainable development, processing and further development of the working method BIM Framework documents AIA, BAP, etc. Optimization of quality assurance processes

Development of various BIM applications for further use of the building data model in planning, execution and operation Identification of options for process optimization by BIM automation and integration Conception and development of tools/processes in the field of BIM automation and integration Investigation and evaluation of new BIM technologies, tools and processes to improve project quality and efficiency in the field of project control with BIMSupporting BIM implementation Consultation and support of internal project teams to apply the BIM method with regard to quality, costs and dates Development and development of supporting guides relating to Methods, applications and tools Developing the BIM strategy and linking the BIM method with Lean Construction, Sustainability and AI applications

Complete degree in architecture, civil engineering, economic engineering with a corresponding orientation or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience as BIM manager:in and/or BIM coordinator:in (m/w/d) Safe handling of BIM software and cloud solutions (Solibri, BIMcollab (ZOOM), Nova Ava, Power BI, etc.) Good knowledge of OpenBIM standards such as IFC, BCF, IDS Reliability, Responsibility and Teamability Extraordinary self-motivation, hand-on mentality and a very high level of readiness Strong communication and contact capability Very good expressiveness and formulation in German, as oral and written communication belongs to our To-Do's internally and externally daily Want to advance innovation in the BIM team and follow and evaluate the latest developments

Nice to have, but no need:experience with programming languages (Python and/or JavaScript) and applications for the construction industry (e.g. ifcopenshell, ThatOpenCompany, Speckle, etc.) or possible alternatives in the Microsoft environment (Microsoft Fabric, Power Automate, Power Apps)

Experience with database integration and visualization of data in PowerBI or other tools
