Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Wetzlar Become part of our team and run OneCRM rollout projects, manage their planning or Implementation and progress monitoring. They work with different teams, including the local project management, the change managers, the Business Process Organization and the agile product teams. Expectedly develop detailed project plans and execute them to ensure high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction. Also maintain effective communication with stakeholders, give updates and respond to possible concerns. As a project manager:to deal with conflicts, facilitate problem solving and implement best practices in project management. Last but not least, you identify potential improvements and perform follow-up assessments to continuously improve the OneCRM rollout experience and define “Blueprint” rollout approaches.

Education: completed university studies in business, information technology or comparable Experience and know-how: experience in CRM project management; understanding of CRM systems, in particular Microsoft Dynamics 365; Knowledge of agile and waterfall project management in the areas of sales, marketing or service Personality and working methods: They are also able to manage complex international projects and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, so work in the team is easy for you; the satisfaction of our clientele is your heart; Your structured and result-oriented way of working distinguishes you; you can adapt flexibly to changing situations Enthusiasm: Passion for extraordinary results Languages: very good German and/or English in word and writing
