Treatment and service planning: You create treatment plans for our patients and finished schedules of employees via our therapy planning system. Efficient requirements: You can reliably process therapy requirements via the ORBIS clinic software. Frictionless execution organisation: You clarify organizational questions with internal colleagues and ensure an efficient flow of information. Reliable room planning: You organize the occupancy of the therapy rooms and ensure their smooth use.

You have completed commercial, medical, therapeutic or comparable training and ideally provide professional experience in the healthcare sector. You are desirable to have experience in scheduling, treatment coordination or patient control. You are characterised by a pronounced organisational skill and a structured and careful way of working and also keep track of several parallel tasks and short-term changes. You have good communication and cooperation capability, are friendly, binding and patient-oriented and are happy to work with various professional groups. You bring a high sense of responsibility and reliability and are responsible for your tasks. You have good knowledge of the current MS Office applications and are ready to work into clinical planning and documentation systems. You found good knowledge of German in word and writing.
