We are looking for a Chief Physician (w/m/d) - Department of Gastroenterology for our Kandel location in full or part-time IHR AUFGABENGEBIET As a central interface in the Chief Physician Secretariat, you take on a key role in the organization and administration of the entire supply area (stationary and outpatient): Sectoral appointment management: independent coordination and management of all dates for stationary recordings Process control: Steering, preparation and post-processing of outpatient studies (endoscopy, sonography) as well as coordination of stationary processes. Office and process management: independent organization of all office processes and administrative coordination within the department. Communication: Sovereign processing of all telephone and written correspondence. Finance & settlement: organisation of private medical liquidation as well as the implementation of KV accounting. Digitization: Active support in digitizing processes. Event management: organisation of meetings, training and interdisciplinary events (e.g. tumour conferences). YOUR PROFIL You are the organizational institution of the department and are characterized by professionalism and services: Qualification: A completed training as a medical specialist (MFA). Experience: Multiannual and relevant professional experience in secretariat/office management, ideally in healthcare (clinic or practice). Requirement: Experience in dealing with complex, cross-sectoral processes (Ambulance/Station) is desirable. IT-Affinity: Safe handling of IT-based solutions and the willingness to help shape digitalization processes. Skills: Embossed structuring and organizational capacity as well as the ability to interdisciplinary cooperation.
