Working Student Recruiting (m/f/d)

In order to strengthen our Recruiting Team, we are looking for a working student Recruiting (m/w/d) at the location in Boppard-Buchholz. You work with global recruiting strategies, gain experience in applicant management and gain insights into leading pre- and recruitment talks. THE ASSESSMENTS - This will make you do something You support our recruiters in operational day-to-day business, in particular in applicant management, active sourcing, as well as in the preparation and follow-up of interviews. You actively participate in the recruiting process, e.g. in the appointment coordination between specialist departments and applicants, as well as in communication with internal contact persons. You perform administrative and organizational tasks in recruiting, including the maintenance of applicant data, the documentation of interviews and the creation of decision-making bases. You support the cooperation with external recruiting service providers and platforms and take over organisational coordination. You accompany ongoing recruiting projects and introduce their own ideas to optimize processes and measures.

You are currently enrolled as a student (m/w/d) in Bachelor or Master's degree, ideally with the focus on HR/Personal. You have a well-founded theoretical knowledge and ideally bring first practical experiences in the HR environment (e.g. in human resources management, recruiting or personnel development). Safe handling of the current MS Office applications is of course for you. You convince with very good communication skills and a pronounced social competence. You can also imagine working as a working student (m/w/d) up to 20 hours a week. You are interested in participating in a globally active, innovative software environment. Your profile is rounded off by fluent German and very good English skills.
