Development of practical training documents for motor mechanics, apprentices and technicians Planning and implementation of workshop training using modern teaching methods and didactic tools Conception and guidance of practical exercises on motors, transmissions, electrical systems and safety-relevant vehicle systems Intermediation of advanced diagnostic procedures and training in fault detection and troubleshooting in complex technical problems Performance assessment of training participants by means of theoretical tests, practical tests and individual feedback Instruction in applicable safety regulations for workshop operation and safe and professional handling of tools and technical devices
