Administrator (m/w/d) Kindergarten -- unterminated \& fair payment

Your tasks:

• They accompany children in kindergarten age in their individual development
• Educational partnerships with parents actively and trustfully build on
• With pleasure you work with children from different cultural contexts
• In the team, you will design the pedagogical work together and develop the setup conception continuously

Your profile:

• They have completed training as a pedagogical specialist or a study of social education, education or social work
• Ideally, you already have experience in kindergarten with or as a childhood education (m/w/d), social education (m/w/d) or health education (m/w/d)
• Interest and joy in working with children shape your pedagogical attitude
• Team skills and openness for conceptual development
