Degree in Electrical Engineering, or similar Extensive years' experience in leading the design of major electrical project or / and leading electrical position of a fast-track project, preferably in the high technology or industrial sector Technical knowledge and understanding of Engineering, Design and Construction for High Voltage and Low Voltage Electrical systems from Preliminary Design to Commissioning and Handover Technical knowledge and understanding of project execution processes in a fast-track environment Extensive local construction knowledge Ability to mentor and motivate a team as well as experience in leadership position within a technically challenging environment Excellent English skills, German skills are an advantage, but not required Willingness to travel to project sites within Central Europe (Austria, Germany, Italy)
