Senior Finance Manager (m/w/d) is responsible for managing and developing all financial processes. You act as a central interface between operational departments, management and international stakeholders and ensure transparent, precise and predictive financial planning and control. In this versatile position, you play a central role in the financial sector as well as in cross-departmental cooperation. You are responsible for the entire financial planning process including direct coordination with the various specialist departments (budgets, forecasts, multiannual planning as well as investment and liquidity planning) and ensure high data quality as well as schedule You are the main partner for internal and external financial inquiries, in particular for our outsourced financial accounting and for the parent companies Start regular reports and presentations for management and parent companies (e.g. monthly accounts, deviations, CAPEX, inventory, consumables, savings, supply plan, budget) and actively participate in associated meetings You actively monitor business development, analyze performance, tracks KPIs and start ad-hoc evaluations You will see the interface to purchasing, production planning, warehouses, and Culture&People and take interdisciplinary tasks You support inventory and financial statements You run our three-headed finance team, develop it further and optimise existing processes You advise and support management in all economic issues

You have a degree in Business Administration, Economics or a comparable discipline. You have several years of experience in the financial sector of a manufacturing company You bring a pronounced hand-on mentality You have extensive knowledge of relevant IT systems (e.g. MS Office, PowerBI) and ideally have experience with SAP You can work effectively in a complex and agile matrix environment You have fluent knowledge of German and English in word and writing You draw from analytical thinking, organizational talent, enforcement, team skills, communication strength at all levels as well as critique and conflictability
